About Manish

I'm Manish T — a young tech entrepreneur, AI innovator, and startup founder currently pursuing a B.Tech in Information Technology at MNM Jain Engineering College, Chennai, and an Associate Degree in Business Administration at the University of the People, California.

I founded Forgeit, a technology and AI solutions startup delivering web development, branding, AI tools, software development, and HR tech solutions — funding internal product development through client services. More recently, I founded Rakshani Automation, a venture focused on business automation and intelligent operations, alongside co-founder Dhanasekar S of Businex Infotech.

From building a humanoid robotic arm in school to presenting at an IEEE conference, I've always pushed boundaries — and I'm just getting started. My first real startup attempt, AirO2, an electric aviation concept, taught me that a great idea without the right team goes nowhere. I paused it, learned from it, and built better.

Beyond tech, I'm also an internationally published author — I wrote "Building at 17", a book about entrepreneurship, ambition, and the journey of building something meaningful at a young age, available worldwide as an eBook, paperback, and on Google Play Books. I also host "Behind the Hood", a podcast that goes behind the scenes of startups, ideas, and the real stories of building in public.
